What are the check-in/check-out times?
Also, is it possible to park my car and check my luggage before checking in?

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 12:00 pm (noon). You can use our car park for free during your stay. And yes, it is possible to park your car before checking in. You can also entrust us with your luggage before check-in.

I would like to send my luggage ahead of me before my stay. Is it possible?

Yes, it is.

Check details by clicking on the banner to the left JR Kyoto Station Carry Service Information regarding "Carry Service", which allows you to drop off your luggage at JR Kyoto Station. The Carry service (not free) is convenient for travelers wishing to go sightseeing as soon as they hop off the train at JR Kyoto Station.
With this service, located at the central entrance of JR Kyoto Station, you can send your luggage between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm and it will arrive at the hotel before 5:00 pm. For more information, check the Carry Service homepage or call 075-352-5437.

Can I use coupon discounts in combination with plans on your website?

No. We do not accept coupon discounts on prices indicated on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you have a waiting list system?

We are terribly sorry but we do not have a waiting list system. You can check our home page at any time or inquire via phone.

What are the cancellation fees?

Is it possible to pay in advance?

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept Diners Club/American Express/Mastercard/JCB/VISA/UC/NICOS/UFJ/DC/JAL/Daimaru Excel card/Tashakimaya/Isetan I card and others.

Can I use a gift card for payment?

We accept VISA/JCB gift coupons. We also accept Brighton Hotel gift cards, of course.

Do you have bicycles for rent?

Yes. Rentals are for staying guests only and the fee is \1500 per bicycle, per day. As the number of bicycles is limited, be sure to ask at the front desk in advance. You can ask on the same day as your rental.

I have made a reservation via the Internet, but have received no confirmation email.

Our system is configured to automatically send a confirmation email to the email address you provide (via automatic response). If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be due to your PC environment or the mistyping of your email address when you registered.
Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email on the same day you made the reservation. If you use a free email account such as Yahoo or Hotmail, our email may have automatically been sorted as junk mail in your mailbox. Please check your junk mail if our email hasn't reached you.

What are the rooms equipped with?

Our rooms provide an alarm clock, hair dryer, nightshirts, slippers, bath towels, face towels, body towels, wash towels, toothbrush sets, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand & face soap, cotton swabs, shower caps, razors, cotton pads, brushes, bar soap, headbands and hairbands. (We also have kid-size nightshirts, toothbrushes and slippers. Please feel free to ask us.) In addition, all rooms are equipped with a humidifier and air purifier.

Do the bed sizes allow sharing your bed with your kids?

The beds are 120cm wide in the Twin rooms and 180cm wide in the Double rooms. We have been told by our guests that this width is sufficient for sleeping together with infants. We also lend baby cots for free. Since we operate on a reservation system, please be sure to contact us in advance. In addition, we provide bed guards to keep your child from falling off the bed. Please consult room pictures in the room details section.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

We provide an entirely free Internet broadband connection and line services in all rooms. Information on IT services in the rooms

Are your rooms accessible to people with disabilities?

Unfortunately, we do not have entirely accessible rooms. In compliance with Japanese Industrial Standards, all room entrances are wide enough for wheelchairs. (We also lend wheelchairs.) However, all rooms come with a small step (about 3 cm high) at the bathroom entrance. It is also possible to arrange chairs and anti-slip mats in the bathroom, so do not hesitate to request them.

How long will it take to launder my shirts?

With regular service, clothes handed in between 8:00 am and 10:00 am are returned by 6:00 pm on the same day. With our special quick service, clothes handed in between 8:00 am and 10:00 am are returned by 3:00 pm on the same day.

Is it possible to have a celebration cake (anniversary cake) brought to my room or the restaurant where I'm eating?

Yes it is possible. A reservation must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance, and you must indicate the time you want it delivered. How do I get there from Kyoto Station?

It takes approximately 20 minutes by taxi (fee is approx. between \1570 and \1660). With the metro, take the Karasuma Line towards Kyoto International Conference Center, stop at Imadegawa Station and walk for 8 minutes. Please check the detailed map provided in the itinerary information section.

Is there a shuttle to the hotel?

A shuttle bus leaves Karasuma Oike Station (Karasuma Line) in front of exit number 2. For more details, please check the shuttle bus information.

Do you provide standard medicine?

In conformity with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we do not provide medicine to our guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask you to procure your medicine in advance or purchase it at a pharmacy.

Is there a place where I can change my children's diapers? Are the toilets equipped with a changing table?

Yes, the toilet on the lobby floor (1F) and women's bathroom on the B1 floor are equipped with a changing table.

Do you have a nursing room?

Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated nursing room. But we can show you the way to the changing rooms next to the 1F banquet cloakroom.

What are the room service hours?

The room service hours are as follows:

What are the parking area fees during my stay and at other times?

The parking fees are as follows: Usual fee \300/30 min Free for staying guests
*You can enter and leave the parking area as many times as you want during your stay, but we ask you to drop by the front desk every time. Non-staying visitors to our restaurants who spend at least \2,000 receive 5 hours of free parking.
