After temporarily closing in order to prevent contagion and spread of the new coronavirus, Kyoto Brighton Hotel will be reopening from Monday, June 15th, 11:30am.
The safety of our guests is always our top priority. We will be carrying out prevention measures to offer safety, by strengthening our hygiene management, more than ever before.
Notice and Requests to our Guests
- to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission -
-All guests are asked to wear face masks in our public area. Those who do not have face masks, please purchase one from staff.
-For hygienic reasons, all lost & found face masks in our hotel (including guest rooms) will be disposed of.
-Please use hand sanitizers placed at each location, when entering the hotel and restaurants.
-We would deeply appreciate your cooperation to keep social distancing.
-All guests are requested to inform their travel records and health condition, as well as taking their body temperature, upon check-in.
-Please kindly inform staff if you have a fever, or if you feel unwell.
-If you feel unwell during your stay, please kindly inform staff immediately. Depending on the situation, we may contact the public health center, and ask you to follow their instructions.
-Please refrain from speaking in loud voices in the hotel.
We would like to apologize to our guests for any inconvenience caused and deeply appreciate the understanding and cooperation as we work together towards this global concern.
